Plot. By 2020, human boxers were replaced with robots. In Texas, former boxer Charlie Kenton owns the robot Ambush, until it is destroyed in a fight against a bull belonging to promoter and carnival owner Ricky. Having bet money he did not have with Ricky that Ambush would win, Charlie absconds before Ricky can collect.
Noisy Boy is a Japanese robot, created by Tak Mashido. He had a WRB record of 15-1, his only WRB loss was to Rubicon in 2016 where Rubicon got lucky with a huge uppercut that knocked out Noisy Boy. He was then exported and fought in several countries across the globe such as; Japan, London, and Brazil.
Due to Atom's design as a sparring robot, he is argrubly the most durable bot in the series. When moving, he appears to make a medium pitch hum. Atom is shown to move faster in shadow mode than using the voice recognition. He is the only bot in the Real Steel movie to not have a faceplate.
