The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), also officially as the University of the City of Manila, is a municipal public university in Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. It is funded by the city government of Manila.
The seal (coat-of-arms) of the University is a circular shield framed with fourteen triangles, depicting a sunbeam, with embossed inscription: "Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila 1965" all in gold. The field within is divided quarterly.
