Dec 10, 2022 · On March 11, 2013, AirAsia Philippines agreed to swap shares in the airline with domestic carrier Zest Airways. Zest received $16 million and a 13% share of AirAsia Philippines, while AirAsia Philippines got an 85% stake in Zest Airways with a 49% voting right.
