Apr 16, 2024 · This new Return and Refund reason will allow buyers to return an item if it does not suit them or if they think they need to reorder in a different variation or prefer a different item. ⚠️ Note: Change of Mind Returns will not count toward a seller’s Non-Fulfillment Rate (NFR).
If you have a change of mind and want to return an item, follow the instructions for a return/refund request. The returned item will undergo quality checking at the warehouse and must meet the specified terms below:

The item (s) must: Be in its original packaging (special packaging only*) Be in complete condition and have no missing parts (with original free gifts, and accessories included)
When buyers raise Return/Refund requests, they will be given two options for the solution: Refund Only. Return & Refund. These options are available for buyers to choose depending on the Return/Refund reason and whether the item is returnable.
