Reuben College is a constituent college of the University of Oxford in England. The plans for the new graduate college, preliminarily named Parks College, were announced in December 2018. It is the first new Oxford or Cambridge college founded since 1990, when the postgraduate Kellogg College, Oxford, was established.
Reuben College was established in May 2019 as Oxford University's 39th college, and is named in recognition of a landmark gift from the Reuben Foundation. The College is dedicated to graduate study with a focus on interdisciplinary research addressing 21st century challenges.

As Oxford’s newest college, we have set out to make Reuben College a scholarly home that is both distinctive and dynamic – offering an experience that is rooted in Oxford tradition, yet unbounded by its conventions.
