Karina Roxas Constantino David (March 19, 1946 – May 7, 2019) was a Filipino activist, public servant, and musician best known for being a former chairperson of the Civil Service Commission of the Philippines, and for her opposition to the Martial Law dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos as part of the activist duo "Inang Laya".
