Wigberto "Ka Bobby" Ebarle Tañada Sr. (Tagalog:, born August 13, 1934) is a Filipino politician. He is member of the Liberal Party and a former member of the Senate of the Philippines (1987–1995) and Philippine House of Representatives representing the Quezon's 4th District (1995–2001).
Former Senator Wigberto E. Tañada has served as the Chairperson of the PRRM Board of Trustees from 2007 to present. Ka Bobby remains to be a key player in Philippine civil society movements. He was Chairperson of the Agrarian Justice Foundation, Inc., and of the Philippine Working Group on the ASEAN Mechanism for Human Rights.
