Jan 26, 2021 · PMFTC, the leading tobacco company in the Philippines, will merge with Philip Morris Manufacturing Philippines, its joint venture partner, effective June 1, 2021. The merger is part of an internal restructuring process and is not expected to affect the operations, earnings and ownership of PMFTC.
