Leslie Mark Hughes OBE (born 1 November 1963) is a Welsh football coach and former player who was most recently the head coach of Bradford City. During his playing career he usually operated as a forward or midfielder.

He also represented Chelsea, Southampton, Everton and Blackburn Rovers as a player in England's top flight.
