Tommie Frazier was a Heisman Trophy runner-up and Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award winner in 1995, leading Nebraska to its second consecutive national championship. He also played in the 1994 and 1996 title games, and set a bowl record with 199 rushing yards against Florida in 1996.
