Sunes Summer (Swedish: Sunes sommar) is a Swedish comedy film which was released to cinemas in Sweden on 25 December 1993, directed by Stephan Apelgren. It is based on the chapter book with the same name, the eighth in the book series about Sune, written by Anders Jacobsson and Sören Olsson.

Dec 25, 1993 · It's summer and Sune Andersson's family is planning a holiday in Greece. Sune's father, Rudolf is sulking because then he won't be able to go on his beloved fishing trip. But after seeing how much the Greek trip is going to cost, he comes up with a great idea: Let's go on a camping trip instead.
The middle child Sune and his family is suppose to go to Greece on their holiday, but after a minor mishap at the travel agency, Sune's dad Rudolf decides that a trip to Greece would be too expensive, so they bring out their old caravan instead.
