Honestly, Chloe Price is the real victim of David Madsen’s abusive behavior! He’s physically, emotionally and verbally abusive to Chloe and he basically tries to control her life. He was awful to her in Before the Storm. He demands respect from her saying this “You will respect me and you had enough of a vacation from having a father figure!”
