Charlotte married secondly on 17 Jul 1672 to William Paston, 2nd Earl of Yarmouth, son of Sir Robert Paston, 1st Earl of Yarmouth and Rebecca Clayton. [3] She died on 28 Jul 1684 in London, Middlesex, England.

In 1672 she married secondly William Paston, later the 2nd Earl of Yarmouth, a member of the gentry Paston family. Paston and his father, Robert Paston, 1st Earl of Yarmouth, were in high favour with the Stuarts.

Charlotte, Lady Yarmouth died on 28 July 1684 in London. She was buried at Westminster Abbey on 4 August 1684
