She is the niece of former Filipino movie director Joey Gosiengfiao. Gosiengfiao attended Assumption College from pre-school to grade 2, Miriam College from grade 3 to her fourth year of high school, and Ateneo de Manila University, where she graduated in 2009 with a BFA degree in Information Design.
