May 14, 2020 · With the departure of current Principal, Mr. Boucher, at the end of this school year, we welcome the new Principal of St. Andrew's Regional High School who takes over in the Fall. Effective August 1, 2020, the next Principal for St. Andrew’s Regional High School is Mr. Glen Palahicky.
St. Andrew's, an independent co-educational Catholic High School of 380 Grade 8–12 students, serves young men and women in Greater Victoria. [1] History. The school was founded in 1863 as St. Louis College, a Catholic boys' school taught by the Oblate Fathers.
The focus is now on St. Andrew’s Regional High School, the final phase of the Catholic Schools Plan. St. Andrew’s Regional High School building renewal and seismic upgrades began in 2017. Construction of the new wing began in April 2018 and was completed for the start of the 2019/2020 school year.
