It doesn't exactly help me learn new things, but if I learn elsewhere and it gets reinforced on SoloLearn, I retain it better. At the end of the day, use it in a way that advantageous for you. 5.

Jul 6, 2023 · For a phone app its great, but youll learn better from doing it yourself, youtube or established courses. I found Sololearn fantastic, and definitely the best out of all the phone apps I tried (for Python). That said, I learned more from coding my own projects on the computer than from the sololearn courses.

May 21, 2023 · After a little more than 1 year, I have managed to complete all the SoloLearn courses and code challenges. It is an excellent platform to learn the syntax of the programming languages offered by the app and a good resource to consolidate programming concepts.

The reason why: - It's FREE but paid for extra stuff (which isn't really needed); - Courses for different progamming languages; - People can comment on every question where you can learn from others; - It's available on PC and as a mobile app;
Sololearn teaches you the syntax and the fundamentals of a language, but to use it in your Unity project, you have to understand how does Unity work. Watch some YouTube guides about c# in Unity and complete a Unity built in tutorial and you will be ready to create something simple. Use Unity to learn Unity.
Jan 14, 2024 · I've had pro, it's great if you intend on spending more than a few moments learning each day. It's also good to do all the "code coach" test programs in all the languages you are working on. I did almost all of them in C, then Python and Java. I was thinking about getting the pro version of SL especially because of the 'personalized practice'.

The information is good, but it is lacking a little, so it is fine if you are picking up a new language since you already get the general concepts.
