If your cap for cold is 85, and fire and lightning are 75, equipping the jewel raises the fire and light cap to 85, but you still need to get the resistances to get to that value like normal. Just the res cap. You still need to get the resistances.

Since my highest and lowest elemental resistance are both above 90% while using the jewel, shouldn't my elemental resistances be displaying 90% instead of 75%?
