In some ways Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is really about Tarantino wishing that blissful late 60s time continued, and all the stars and movies of that era kept being made. once upon a time in hollywood is a steaming pile of absolute dogshit. I've never seen such a boring, pointless, self-important movie in my life. There is no drama, no story, no tension, nothing. Nothing. It's terrible. Feel validated people out there who also dislike this shit movie, when critics try to gaslight us with "positive reviews."

Jun 29, 2021 · Update, re: condition of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood paperback. My mom returned my copy of the book a few days ago, and I gave it a read in the meantime. I'm happy to report that, aside from the normal wear and tear (I confess: I dog-ear) the book is in fine condition. Maybe, unfortunately, you got the paperback version of an automotive lemon.

Beyond all the ‘Tarantino-esque’ touches of the action, the banter, the violence, the constant movie references, there’s a real craft at play here. Jan 31, 2022 · Tarantino read a book which said that Bruce Lee had no respect for American stuntman and could be a huge show-off on set. The books author later came out and said that he did print many things along those lines in his book, but said Tarantino may have taken it a bit ‘too far’.
