Nov 4, 2023 · The statues are terrible capstone talents - serpent statue is only useful to soomweavers, tiger statue is okay but underwhelming, and ox statue is just about useless for everyone except in rare niche cases for AoE tanking. Hoping one of our hero talent options is for a mystical kind of monk that channels chi for powerful spell-like abilities.

Sep 28, 2023 · Monk heals are changing in 10.2 to more hard cast so I’m not sure about that. As far as tanks go, Monk is in every way just as solid as paladin now imo. Paladin mechanically is just easier. Sustain wise though Monk has caught up with the new talent trees. Zero issues on my Monk has ith sustain, mitigation, and DPS.

My second choice would probs be the chonky mag’har, and I would go void elf or human on alliance. I think night elf is cool too so maybe just keep it.
