These Indians were manufactured in 1999 at the former CMC's facilities in Gilroy, California. The first "Gilroy Indian" model was a new design called the Chief.

The OBD reader connects with the cable/adaptor and via bluetooth with the smartphone were you can see and check all the real time date using any OBD app.

(Although the engine is based on the Scout it only shares about 30% of the parts.) The touchscreen was also new for the FTR.
Sep 24, 2018 · The dealers intentionally mislead you in selling you a 5 year extended warranty, they are selling you a 5 year service contact that starts the day you buy your bike, your not getting 7 years as the dealers lead you to believe. To get 7 years you buy the service contract the day before your 2 year warranty runs out.
