Hekate is just a GUI based bootloader with various tools and options built into it. Fusee (Atmosphere) is the actual custom firmware. You can use this to inject fusee.bin which would then boot you into atmosphere, or you can inject any other cfw/payload, provided you have the files.

Nov 30, 2018 · Hmm heard people were getting it to work with hekate by launching the fusee-primary with chainloading, might be just a 6.2 thing and I'd suggest updating atmosphere regardless if you're on 6.1.0 or lower.

Jul 20, 2020 · What happens if I select fusee primary from the tegrarcmgui will it boot straight into emuMMC, at the moment I send HEKate 5.3 payload by the program then select payloads from the HEKate screen on the switch then select fusee primary from the list to boot into emuMMC. Seems like I'm going the long way round.
