That said, Infinity War does find a clever, somber way to keep its successor’s proportions in check. It’s both arresting plot development and efficient solution; like so much in the Avengers series, Infinity War is really a feat of good management above anything else.

Mar 16, 2018 · During the Thanos Quest book he assembles all the infinity gems and at the beginning of the Infinity Gauntlet book he snaps his fingers and half of all life in the universe just vanishes. This causes havoc on earth as planes start going down and people go into a panic, etc.
Infinity War was basically a challenge to see was the avengers ready for outside threat. Avengers Endgame was the really facing there biggest threat. Infinity war has a more dark and suspenseful story which, at least for me, makes it better. Endgame because of Steve's fate.

Alternate Infinity War. I’m rewatching it and it dawns on me that the Avengers, GotG, Wakanda, and miscellaneous others almost win in infinity war, and they would almost assuredly have won had the armies of the world banned together with them. The sheer number would’ve been far more than Thanos and his team could handle.
Apr 24, 2018 · The best thing about Avengers: Infinity War is, in many ways, the best thing about the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a whole: an incredibly charming and almost overqualified ensemble cast.
Apr 25, 2019 · Infinity War is the better film, but Endgame is the epic and satisfying conclusion to the Infinity Saga. Both are great, but Infinity War is just better imo, mainly due to the pacing. It has the perfect blend of action and story. It’s emotional, but manages to keep you entertained and maintains the higher rewatchability factor.
