Dec 14, 2023 · By GralgarTheWolf. Welcome! 13th of December, 2023, Ready or Not got it's 1.0 update - that was truly a glorious day! And so it brought us an enormous amount of new stuff, including so called soft objectives, which are useless in general but are necessary to get S ranks in this game.
Ready or Not follows the operations of a police SWAT team in the fictional American city of Los Sueños in the midst of a violent crime wave. Ready or Not was released through Steam early access on December 17, 2021, before it was officially released on December 13, 2023.
Ready or Not is predominately aimed for PVE, (pvp will come however), and it's highly influenced by SWAT, could certainly be considered a spiritual sequel, so there's at lot of emphasis on rules of engagement, lethality being a last choice decision, arresting/cuffing people, securing weapons/evidence and reporting events.
