The PAMANA is the national government’s program and framework for peace and development. It is implemented in areas affected by conflict and communities covered by existing peace agreements.
The PAMANA Program is anchored on the Government’s strategy of winning the peace by forging strategic partnerships in promoting convergent delivery of goods and services, and addressing regional development challenges in conflict-affected and conflict-vulnerable areas.
