•The Learner Information System (LIS) IS an online facility that provides for the registration of learners enrolled in schools run or licensed by the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines. •It is the national registry of all learners in Basic Education. What is the LIS?
1.1. Logging in and out of the LIS To access the LIS, type www.lis.deped.gov.ph at the address or location bar of a web browser, then press Enter. This will connect you to the LIS login page as shown in (Figure 1.1-1: Login Page). Enter your username and password, then click the “Sign In” button.

With the DepEd LIS, users or class advisers can sign in to the portal and access its services. Once successfully logged in, the user/class adviser will see the introductory page of the portal or the LIS Dashboard.
1. Go to the LIS website http://lis.deped.gov.ph and log in using Regional/Division account level. 2. Once logged in, click Learner Information System.
To access the User Account Management System, type “http://lis.deped.gov.ph/uis/login”1 at the address or location bar of a web browser, then press Enter. This will connect you to the UIS login page. Enter your username and password, then click the “Sign In” button.
