Biography. Richard was admitted as a barrister in February 1985. He has practised continuously at the private bar in Brisbane since 1988. After establishing a successful criminal practice, he commenced doing personal injury litigation in the early 1990’s and by 1995 was practising exclusively in that jurisdiction.
