Raymond Cruz (born July 9, 1961) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Detective Julio Sanchez in the police procedural The Closer and its spin-off Major Crimes, and as the drug lord Tuco Salamanca in the crime drama Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul.
