San Sebastian College-Recoletos is a Catholic Christian institution founded by the Order of Augustinian Recollect. The institution envisions to make knowledge a structure of wisdom, and that this search for knowledge (SCIENTIA) should lead us to the exercise of love (CARITAS).
Through ETEEAP, industry practitioners (non-college degree holders) of at least five (5) years of work experience can achieve the long coveted college degree in a short period of time. Upon the approval of the San Sebastian College-Recoletos, Manila School Board the Center is established in accordance with RA 7722 and pursuant to CHED Memo No. 330 to offer programs via ETEEAP.

About SSC Recoletos: The atmosphere on Baste during our days (1998) was good, students are supportive to one another and we are always happy despite of whats happening whether is good or bad. The professors during our time was okay. We learned the basics fundamentals of the subjects.
