Dec 9, 2015 · Stick Man has the same quirky look and rich tone as its predecessors, and is again produced by Michael Rose and Martin Pope of indie Magic Light Pictures. But the production of Stick Man was very different. For a start it has a new director, London-based Jeroen Jaspaert, whose credits include CBeebies’ Bing Bunny. The animation team is new too.
We found these movies on Netflix and our kiddo loved the soft music and animations before bed at age 2. The story is sweet. The Gruffalo character seems scary and the story seems slightly dark as an adult, but my 2yo loves the Gruffalo, the Gruffalo's Child, and the savvy mouse.
