Yes. There are two (2) university dormitories available for rent at reasonable rates. Called University House 1 and 2, they are within the premises of TUA, are well kept and have security guards constantly manning the area. The wings for male and for female occupants are separate and curfew is observed all the time.

Dr. John Michael O. Lorena, RN, earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Trinity University of Asia – St. Luke’s College of Nursing in 1994, followed by a Master of Arts in Nursing with a major in Nursing Administration in 2009. Dr. Lorena furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Doctorate in Nursing Management in 2017.
She also taught part-time at the Technological University of the Philippines from 2000 to 2001.
