  1. SHIP for Penn State is underwritten by United Healthcare Student Resources. Dickinson Law students are eligible to purchase the SHIP for Penn State if they are enrolled in six or more credit hours. Please note that for U.S. students who do not have insurance, SHIP is not the only option; it is the provider recommended by Student Health Insurance.

  2. Students who are 100 percent eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill® will receive full tuition and fees coverage at Penn State Dickinson Law. Those less than 100 percent eligible will receive a prorated amount based on their service percentage. Interested students must submit a Certificate of Eligibility to Dickinson Law.

  4. The unified law school will be called Penn State Dickinson Law and will be led by Dickinson Law Dean Danielle M. Conway. The primary location will be in Carlisle with a presence at University Park. Each campus will have residential student cohorts, including J.D. students at all levels, LL.M. students, and S.J.D. students, with class sizes being optimized over time.

  6. At Dickinson Law, we aim to limit the size of our entering class to roughly 100 diverse and highly credentialed students. Our Law School family includes students who have served in the military, self-identify as students of color and/or as members of the LGBTQ+ community, are first-generation graduate students, and are first-generation college students.
